Perspective

If you are reading this you are probably a guy who is not having much luck dating girls.  Hopefully this will help you toward success.  Trust me you have a way to go - but learning how to flirt successfully is a lot of fun.

One of the first things to get straight is that women use body language to communicate as much as they use words.

Secondly men are so bad at reading female body language they seldom get the meaning or they think it means just the opposite of what the woman is saying.

Here is an example although a bit tongue-in-cheek:

From The Girl's Perspective:

I check out the room and I see a guy that seems interesting, I gaze in his direction to get his attention.  The guy sees me and looks away.  I look down to show submissiveness and look back up at him

He glances back and I toss my head making  my hair swirl around to the back of my head while giving him an eyebrow flash and holding eye contact.  I cross my legs with my knee pointing right at him, showing off quite a bit of leg and the next time he glances in my direction I lick my lips.  By now I am thinking "come on you moron - get over here and hit on me.  What do I have to do - grab you hand and lead you here?"

I finally give up and start on my second choice - this one gets it!


From The Guy's Perspective:
I see this really attractive girl and make eye contact.  She looks at me and then immediately looks down.  I feel like an unwanted jerk, I know that feeling very well.

When I look at her again she shakes her head and then quickly raises her eyebrows almost like she is surprised that a dirtball like me would dare look at her again.

Next I notice her facing me with her legs crossed as if to keep me away.  she is licking her lips as if she has some real dry lips, I wonder if I have offended her by looking at her.  Next I notice she is talking to some other guy and they seem to be having a good time.

You get the idea - just total lack of communication on the guy's part - no understanding the signal or how to reply if he did.
